Manufacturing Process
1. MATERIALS
We use ARISTECH acrylic, made right here in the USA to ensure the highest quality finish and strength for your Brilliant Spa's interior. There are many colors to choose from to customize your hot tub's look.
2. MOLDS
Custom made molds for every seating arrangement imaginable. No lounge, 1 lounge, double lounge, party spa, swim spas. Brilliant Spas have it all.
3. FIBERGLASS
Sprayed on and then hand rolled fiberglass to reinforce and support acrylic shell and ensure that your Brilliant Spa will last for decades.
4. DRILL & CUT
Next we drill, cut and smooth the holes in order to install all of the hydro- therapy jets into your custom made Brilliant Spa.
5. STEEL FRAME
We use #303 stainless to make the frame that supports your shell and will hold your maintenance free vinyl cabinet, ensuring your Brilliant Spa will last for years to come.
6. PLUMBING
Here, we install all of the jets and plumbing that will be delivering the therapy and relaxation that your Brilliant Spa offers.
7. WATERTEST
Every Brilliant Spa is water tested for 24 hours
to check for functionality and to ensure that there are no leaks before leaving the factory.

8. DETAILING
As a final step before wrapping to ship, your Brilliant Spa is cleaned and detailed so that it is ready to use as soon as it arrives to your backyard.
9. SHIPPING
Finally your Brilliant Spa is packaged and protected in order to get your hot tub to you with no damage.
